Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 10, 2026 • Governs all software engineering contracts, consultancy, and website usage.
1. Scope of Services
Entalign Labs provides custom software development, mobile and web application engineering, cloud infrastructure setup, UI/UX design, and AI/ML model integration according to individual Statements of Work (SOWs) signed with clients.
2. Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership
Upon full settlement of contracted milestone invoices, all bespoke source code, intellectual property, product designs, and software deliverables created specifically for the client are transferred 100% to the client under a comprehensive intellectual property assignment agreement.
3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)
We treat all proprietary product concepts, source code, customer databases, and business strategies disclosed by clients under strict mutual non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) before discovery consultations commence.
4. Warranty & Code Support
Entalign Labs provides a standard 30-day post-launch warranty period for delivered milestone software to address any latent bugs or unexpected discrepancies in accordance with the signed technical scope.
5. Governing Law
These terms and individual client contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with established international commercial software standards.
